Mentee Eligibility Criteria
Students are eligible to join the programme if they meet the following criteria:

Pacific ethnicity

Be enrolled in a health related qualification at a tertiary institution

Must have a sound academic record and are able to provide evidence to support this

Must be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to the programme and their responsibilities as a mentee

Agree to attend mentee trainings as required

Come to an agreement with mentor on:
Schedule of contact and meetings
Maintain confidentiality
Honor ground rules you and your mentor have agreed on
Provide regular feedback to each other and evaluate progress
Look for multiple opportunities and experiences to enhance your learning
- Agree to meet with mentor until you accomplish your predefined goals or for a maximum of two years

Will communicate regularly with the Programme Director and discuss meeting and activity information
